This is n odd one. It takes Abner more than 2 full minutes to say "huh?" after Lum says something about being able to "pull some strings." [I didn't include that 2 minutes in the clip.]

Both Abner and Lum are mixed up on this one. They both should be board for the simples.

Very similar - but different - than He aint got a leg to stand on (350926), both are in reference to Squire Skimp. Three years later, Abner still hasn't learned.
